You have tried to log in to the VGOV site, but the server has rejected your request for security reasons, even if your email address and password were correct.

This is usually caused by one of a few mistakes:

  1. You clicked on the LOG IN button several times, or double-clicked it
  2. You hit the back button and went back to the log in page and tried to submit it again
  3. You tried to log in when you were already logged in
  4. You left the log on page visible in your web browser for a long time—at least an hour, but maybe even overnight—and then tried to log in

All of these actions look like an attempt at hacking, and so our server rejects them. Please try to log in again. Be sure to click the button only once. If you still have trouble, go to the log in page, hold down the "shift" key, and click on the "refresh" button in your browser—it usually looks like a curved arrow, near the area where you enter a web address into the browser. After you refresh the log in page, it should work normally. Remember to click the LOG IN button only once.
